Partial Solar Eclipse at SEEC
Over 85 adults and children joined together to celebrate the partial solar eclipse at Soaring Eagle Ecology Center (SEEC). This wonderful event was co-hosted by Red Feather Lakes Community Library and SEEC and the weather and the camaraderie could not have been better. Not only could we see (with approved solar eclipse glasses) the different stages of the partial eclipse, but we could also see the many shadows of the partial eclipse filtered through tree leaves on the ground. It indeed was awesome. Many thanks to all who helped make this event possible (you know who you are). Not only did we experience a sense of wonder, but also a sense of community spirit. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!
